Bloom Girl, Bloom
I hope today you’re blooming right where you are no matter what the ground conditions are like around you. Whether this is a season full of things that feed your soul or things trying to rob it, the world is filled with reminders that it is possible to bloom from the most unpredictable places, among rocks and sand and destruction. You can do it. We can do it. So today, wear a little floral reminder that YOU are strong, YOU are beautiful, and YOU are capable of blossoming right where you are despite all the world’ attempts to entangle you.

OK, let’s talk floral trends! You might see words floating around the blog-uverse that go something like this, “florals really dominated the Fall/Winter 20-21 runways.” While true, it’s not to say that it is something new. Let’s be honest, florals, in one way or another, have “dominated” runways since the beginning of runway time. (Geek out moment: the first American runway show took place in 1903.) For as long as little girls have picked flowers to put in their hair they have also found ways to put them on their garments and this year is no different. I’m here for it all!
Here are 4 ways you’ll find florals dominating this Fall/Winter:
Floral Coats + Jackets
BIG + BOLD FLORALs
DITSY + DELICATE FLORALs
RIXO
I see you frolicking through tall fields of yellow blossoms, picking petals one by one and then cascading onto the yellow earthen blanket while little white butterflies flutter around you. Can you see it too?
Either way, this ditsy floral beauty has a picture perfect sway with dainty sandals or tall cognac leather boots and a corduroy blazer. You’ll love it!
